The trademark, copyright and all database rights throughout the world in the Content shall at all times remain the exclusive property of VACC
The Licensee acknowledges VACC’s trademark, copyright and database rights in the Content, and shall not seek to invalidate or otherwise contest the ownership or subsistence of such rights
The Licensee shall not remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice on any materials provided to it by VACC, including the Content.
The Content includes third party material (for example, Shutterstock) that the VACC has used and/or reproduced in accordance with a licence granted to it by the owner of that intellectual property. All the aforementioned material of the Content remains the property of that third party licensor.
The Licensee can make minor formatting adjustments to the Content to meet the Licensee’s own requirements. Any other change to the Content can only be made after the Licensee has obtained the written approval of the VACC. If the change to the Content proposed by the Licensee effects the material that the VACC has used and reproduced under a licence from the third party owner of the intellectual property, the Licensee must demonstrate to the VACC that the Licensee has obtained permission from the third party owner of the intellectual property to change the aforementioned material in the Content.
Where VACC approved adjustments or modifications to the Content in accordance with above, all Content and associated intellectual property within that Content not owned by the third party licensor of the intellectual property, including the adjusted versions produced by the Licensee, shall remain the exclusive property of VACC.

This resource was developed by VACC in accordance with a Common Funding Agreement entered into with the Department of Education and Training and all materials herein remain the exclusive property of VACC and are made available under licence. The resources are provided under license for use or adaptation for educational purposes only and any other use shall be deemed unauthorised.
The resource is to be used only for the support of delivering apprentice training in Victoria.
