Module 2: Automotive Replacement Foams types
Collision repair foam materials
Non-expanding NVH material
Flexible and Rigid NVH foam
Multiple layer construction
Structural foam and One-part foam
- Module 3: Foam Safety & Repair
Safety when working with foam
Identifying vehicle maker foam
Determining replacement materials
- Module 4: Preparing Parts for Foam
Part preparation, installation and part-specific considerations
- Summary, Review and Conclusion
