FIRST AID - VACC AND RED CROSS PARTNERSHIP

VACC Skills Development Centre is pleased to announce Red Cross as a First Aid Health and Safety partner. Red Cross is the largest first aid provider in the world, and one of the largest National providers of first aid training in Australia.

This partnership will see both organisations working together to instil positive health and safety practices in members' workplaces and provide a greater benefit to the community as a whole. The courses deliver a benefit to employers and their employees not only at work, but also in their private lives and within the communities they reside.

The Red Cross vision is “To improve the lives of vulnerable people in Australia and internationally by mobilising the power of humanity”. Red Cross has been assisting people in remote, regional and metropolitan areas across Australia since 1914.

All profits from Red Cross First Aid Health & Safety are used to support the humanitarian work of Red Cross within the community both in Australia and internationally to improve the lives of vulnerable people. By using the Red Cross as their First Aid provider, VACC Skills Development Centre can take satisfaction in knowing it further assists vulnerable people in communities of greatest need.

VACC members can access the special discounted course rates and can attend any Red Cross training course at any venue across the state.
