Enterprise bargaining with unions Bargaining with unions can be a difficult and stressful experience but it is a fact of life for many businesses. This course will teach managers about enterprise agreements and equip them with the skills to engage in good faith bargaining and complying with the terms of the Fair Work Act. advised on enrolment client's premises Members: $50
Unfair Dismissals and Adverse Action claims Employees who have been terminated can claim Unfair Dismissal and Adverse Action, and if they do it can be difficult for employers to defend against claims.
