Call on students to design the car of the future

Originated in 2006 by VACC, Target 2030 promotes skills, training and careers in the automotive design industry. Victoria's secondary and tertiary students can enter three categories: design, model and essay.

Skill recognition and training for mature workers

The Australian Government will invest $20 million over two years to assist workers aged 50 years and over to gain formal recognition of their current competencies and receive training to fill any knowledge or skills gaps so that they can obtain a nationally recognised qualification at the Certificate III to Advanced Diploma level.

Learn more about environmental management and legal compliance within the automotive industry through VACC's interactive online learning. The knowledge gained can be implemented into the day-to-day activities in the workshop and can be used toward the Green Stamp Plus Environmental Accreditation Program.
