CERTIFICATE III AUTOMOTIVE SALES - CADETSHIP

Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Cadetship is designed to empower the automotive sales team achieve and exceed their sales target.

This course is structured in two parts:
Part 1: 2 x 2 Day Workshops
Workshops are held two months apart, giving participants time to complete the an assigned dealership project.

  • Workshop 1 - Introduction to Auto Sales 
  • Workshop 2 - Advanced Closing & Negotiation

Part 2: Face-to-Face Training
Participants complete six assignments via six face-to-face training sessions spread out over 12 months. The units of competency cover:

  2. Develop product knowledge
  3. Implement a Personal Marketing Plan
  4. Organise personal work priorities
  5. Identify, clarify and resolve problems
  6. Maintain business image

Advanced Closing and Negotiation In this workshop participants are shown, how to maximise margin and sales. Modern closing skills are discussed and used in role-play simulations to ensure proper transference of knowledge. 14/12/2011
