FOUNDED IN 1993 AS THE VACC COLLEGE OF AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, THE NEW VACC SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE WAS ESTABLISHED TO FACILITATE INDUSTRY RELEVANT TRAINING FOR OUR MEMBERS. 

We have built and continue to build solid relationships with quality training providers in both regional and metropolitan areas throughout Victoria. We have forged strong bonds with government bodies and professional associations, enabling us to provide our members with up-to-date information and new training initiatives.

Recently the demand for training in all sectors of the automotive industry has multiplied. The attainment of skills has become crucial to the long-term success and survival of businesses and individuals in this quickly evolving industry. 

In response, VACC given education and training top priority. The business-focused training programs the we at the VACC Skills Development Centre provide are designed and continuously adapted to meet the real world needs of small and medium business owners int he retail automotive industry and their key personnel.

Our recent appointment as a provider of Skills for Growth: The Workforce Development Program service provider Panel means we can take this a step further - VACC has a team of industry specialists who will work with you, free of charge, to identify strategic business aims and objectives and tailor workforce training and skills development plans to meet your goals.
